A short overview of the sensitivity of the ICOSWP model respect to some model parameters is presented here. The model has been run with semi-implicit two and three time level schemes, with different e-folding times, with different asselin filter parameters in the case of the three time level scheme and with different off-centering parameters in the case of the two time level scheme.
The
normalized errors convergence plots for these runs show the
sensitivity of the ICOSWP model. In the plots, the GME (three time level
scheme, dt 90 s., asselin filter parameter 0.03)
